RENTAL PAYMENT TERMS

To maintain a harmonious tenancy relationship and ensure the seamless operation of our services, we kindly request that you submit your monthly rent payment on or before the 5th day of each month. It is essential to note that our accounting procedures conclude at 6 PM. Therefore, any rent payments received after this time will be deemed late.

In the event of a late payment, a nominal late fee of Rs. 150 per day will be applied starting from the 6th day of the month until your outstanding rent is settled.

​

We emphasize the importance of timely rent payment, as failure to do so can adversely affect the quality of service we provide to you and your fellow residents. If your rent remains unpaid even after the 25th day of the month, we may need to consider non-renewal of your tenancy agreement due to the negative impact of rent nonpayment on our ability to maintain the property and services for all our residents. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

SECURITY DEPOSIT TERMS

Transitioning into CRS Homes is both convenient and cost-effective. Our move-in requirements consist of a security deposit equal to two months' rent, along with one month's rent paid in advance. This payment must be made before your scheduled move-in date.

TOKEN PAYMENT TERMS

The reservation fee to secure your stay in CRS Homes is a modest sum equivalent to 15 days' rent. It's essential to note that this token amount, unfortunately, becomes non-refundable in the event of a lease cancellation.

REFUND TIME

It shall take up to 10 working days to process the refund. A deposit refund statement would be sent to the member with a breakdown of deductions, if any.

PAYMENT TERMS

Paying your rent is easy at CRS Homes. You can choose to pay online through Paytm, UPI, Net Banking or Debit/Credit Cards. To help you pay your rent with a tap of the phone, we’ll send out an app notification every time a new invoice is generated.
